Do not confuse the traditional notions of being smart with being thoughtful, intellectual and intelligent. Your strength may not be math or science, but that doesn't mean you don't have the capabilities to be an incredibly intellectual person. By stimulating your mind in ways that ignite your passion, you will build habits that help you make positive decisions and set achievable goals. All of your decisions, positive thoughts and goal-setting skills come from one place - your mind. Feeding your mind with stimulating information and keeping it strong ensures you will be able to imagine and create your ideal life.
THINK - PLAN- EXECUTE
But first....the importance of active positive thinking
First step? Create a vision
The more your mind encircles and envisions the success you want, the harder you will work to obtain it. The more you focus, the more you can predict the obstacles in your path. When we can picture what "success" looks like, the more committed we are to achieving it. Thoughts become actions, and we are able to manifest our desires into our realities.
Thought is the foundation of an extraordinary life. It needs constant effort and appropriate actions to convert your ideas into practical application. Building a strong intellectual foundation is one of the key areas to develop as it will automatically improve the other categories by default. Once you develop a confidence in your intelligence and intellectual skill set, you will be able to make more educated decisions in other areas of your life.
Success in this area will create success in others. This also means it is one of the most difficult categories to change.
My first day of School, 1960. The learning has yet to stop!
“Keep your thoughts positive,
because your thoughts become your words.
Keep your words positive,
because your words become your behavior.
Keep your behavior positive,
because your behavior becomes your habits.
Keep your habits positive,
because your habits become your values.
Keep your values positive,
because your values become your destiny."
