YOUR IDEAL LIFE
To make this work...you have to do the work. Sit down and write down your ideal life. Give yourself the gift of spending some time doing this. Be as detailed and as daring as possible. Remember, this is what it would look like if you were living your best life.
THE 12 PUZZLE PIECES
We see life in 12 pieces - each is both vital on its own and works to create an image of your whole life. I call this section "self-learning" because it requires self-guided examination. First, take a look at each puzzle piece to figure out what areas need improvement and what areas you can celebrate. In each puzzle piece I have identified three action words - they are highlighted at the top of each section and in grey throughout the body of text. Your second step is to ask yourself if implementing any of these actions or suggestions would be beneficial to achieving your best life - the one you wrote out. If so, the third step is to begin integrating these minor changes into your daily routine. Monitor these changes, evaluate and adjust as you go along.
